General Terms and Conditions (No Scholarship)
Program Application: The applicant agrees to apply for the BDS program at Shandong First Medical University through this Agreement.
Application Form: Students must accurately complete the Application Form provided by Dar-Ul-Sakafat International College and ensure all documents are authentic and original.
Fees:
The applicant acknowledges and agrees to pay an application fee of 1500 RMB.
Service & Management charges and all other associated fees.
Document Authenticity:
The applicant is solely responsible for the authenticity of all submitted documents. Dar-Ul-Sakafat International College holds no liability for falsified documents.
University Recognition:
Shandong First Medical University is recognized by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) for undergraduate programs.
Regulatory Compliance:
The applicant agrees to comply with all regulations set forth by PMDC, Shandong First Medical University, and the People’s Republic of China.
Additional Expenses:
The applicant is responsible for all additional expenses not covered in the fees, including accommodation, medical check-ups, residence permits, books, bedding, dorm deposit, and travel expenses.
Payment Terms:
Service charges must be settled within 7 days of receiving the pre-admission letter from Shandong First Medical University to avoid cancellation.
Hostel Fee:
The hostel fee is payable annually and must be paid upon arrival at the university.
University Rights:
Shandong First Medical University reserves the right to accept or reject any application and expel students for violations of university or Chinese laws.
Payment Responsibility:
Dar-Ul-Sakafat International College is only responsible for amounts paid directly to its account. Cash payments or payments to other accounts are not the responsibility of the college.
Applicant's Acknowledgment:
The applicant acknowledges that admission is voluntary and not coerced by Dar-Ul-Sakafat International College or any other party.
Regulatory Updates:
The applicant pledges to comply with all updated regulations of PMDC, the university, and China.
Medical Checkup:
Students must undergo a mandatory medical checkup and pay the associated fee.
Insurance Fee:
A 5-year insurance fee must be paid after pre-admission.
VISA Fees:
Students are responsible for annual VISA extension fees.
Second-Year Fees:
The applicant is responsible for paying defined fees from the second year onward according to university deadlines.

Scholarship Coverage:
The scholarship covers tuition fees for the first year.
Scholarship Eligibility:
The applicant must meet the eligibility criteria set by Dar-Ul-Sakafat International College for the scholarship.
Additional Requirements:
Any additional terms specific to maintaining the scholarship status must be met.
Dual-Nature Program (Performance-Based)
First-Year Fees:
The applicant acknowledges that a scholarship covers tuition fees for the first year based on performance criteria.
Second-Year Fees:
From the second year onward, fees are contingent upon meeting performance benchmarks set by Shandong First Medical University.
Performance Criteria:
Specific performance criteria, such as academic achievement or other benchmarks, must be maintained to qualify for continued scholarship and fee structure.
